SweepSuite Crew is the mobile app for cleaners and field crews whose company runs on SweepSuite. Open it at the start of your shift and everything is in one place: where you're going, what needs to be done, and the photo proof the office expects.

A SweepSuite account from your employer is required. Your manager invites you by phone number or email.

TODAY AT A GLANCE
• See today's visits in order, with what's up next, what's left and what's done
• A progress ring shows how many visits and areas you've finished

VISITS, AREAS AND CHECKLISTS
• Each visit shows the site address, start time, crew and the areas to clean
• Work through each area's checklist and check items off as you go
• Finish an area once everything on the list is complete

BEFORE & AFTER PHOTO PROOF
• Take a photo or choose one from your library for any item that needs it
• Items that require a before or after photo can't be checked off without it, so nothing gets missed

CLOCK IN AND OUT
• Clock in when you start a visit and clock out when you're done
• Location is attached to a punch only if you allow it; a punch without location still records

KEEP THE OFFICE POSTED
• Tap "On our way" or "Running late" from the visit
• Comment on an area to ask a question or share an update; the office replies in the same thread
• Report a problem in seconds: can't access the site, safety hazard, missing supplies, damage, or not enough time to finish

YOUR SCHEDULE
• A calendar of every visit you're assigned, so you can plan your week
• Accept or decline new shifts when your company asks you to confirm them

PAY AND AVAILABILITY
• See what you've earned, what's been paid and what's still due, visit by visit (when your company uses SweepSuite payroll)
• Check your weekly hours and add time off

WORKS OFFLINE
• No signal in the basement? Keep working. Checklist changes, photos, comments and punches are saved on your phone and sync automatically when you're back online

NOTIFICATIONS
• Get notified when you're assigned a job, when the office comments, and when you've been paid

SECURE SIGN-IN
• Sign in with a 6-digit code sent by text or email, or use a password
• Optional two-step verification and a list of the devices signed in to your account

SweepSuite Crew works together with the SweepSuite Console, where your manager sets up customers, sites, checklists and schedules and reviews your completed work.
