Most fitness apps reward you. Fit or Die punishes you.

Fit or Die is a workout accountability game with real stakes. Every week you have one job: hit your weekly workout quota. Miss it and you die. Your character gets a headstone, the feed moves on, and the graveyard remembers. There is no coming back until the next season.

HOW IT WORKS
- Keep the fitness apps you already use. Fit or Die reads finished workouts from Health Connect, where Strava, Garmin, Samsung Health, Fitbit and most other apps and watches already sync.
- Any workout counts: running, lifting, cycling, swimming, anything 10 minutes or longer.
- Hit your tier's quota each week. Beginners three, the hardened four or five. Meet it and your record climbs.
- Fall behind and you go AT RISK, a public survival warning the whole feed can see.
- Run out of time and you die. For real. Until next season.

ACCOUNTABILITY WITH TEETH
Rewards are easy to ignore. Consequences are not. When skipping the gym means dying in front of everyone you train with, you show up. That is workout accountability, and it works where habit apps and gym trackers quietly fail.

DEFIANCE
- Outlast the weeks and earn DEFIANCE, a standing Death remembers across seasons.
- Climb the ranks from PREY to STUBBORN, RELENTLESS, UNBREAKABLE, DREADED and finally UNNATURAL.
- Die and you fall a rank, but the Legends board never forgets how high you climbed.

PACTS
- Swear a dare to beat your weekly quota by a margin you set, and earn bonus standing that ignores every cap.
- Stake your DEFIANCE on a HEAT pact, and a broken oath costs you.

THE STAKES ARE SOCIAL
- A live feed shows who is surviving and who is slipping.
- You get one rival every season. Outlast your rival, and rattle their cage while you do.
- SIGNALS keeps every warning, rival move and salute meant for you.
- Invite friends and turn your fitness challenge into a group survival game.
- Climb the leaderboard across the Global, Pack, Season and Legends boards.
- The graveyard keeps every death on the record.

EARN YOUR SCARS
- 37 badges to prove you survived, from Still Alive and Hardened to the darker ones for how you go down.
- Your profile becomes a record of every season you outlasted.

NOT ANOTHER WORKOUT TRACKER
Fit or Die does not count your steps or plan your training. It is a fitness survival game: one weekly challenge, real accountability, and a feed full of people watching whether you make it.

Survive the week. Outlive the season. Or die trying.
