Conference Desk is the app for academic and professional conferences: the programme, your papers and the committee's work, for every conference you run or attend. It works with the website and dashboard your conference already uses, so what you see is the same live information.

Open the app and you see your own home: the next conference as a card with a countdown, invitations waiting for you, and every conference you belong to. Tap one to open it in its own colours. Inside each conference you see only what your role needs.

For organisers and committees
• Today: what needs you now, what is due and what changed since you last looked.
• Decisions: read the proposal, see how the committee voted and cast your vote with a comment.
• Submissions and peer review: follow abstracts and papers from the call for papers to the decision; reviewers open their assigned papers and send reviews.
• Tasks: see who is doing what and tick off your own work.
• Inbox: contact-form messages and website chats, with saved replies and private notes.
• Registrations, applications and people, for the roles that handle them.

For authors, speakers and attendees
• The conference agenda and schedule, with the sessions you saved and reminders before each one.
• The status of your abstracts and papers.
• Meet people: find other delegates, request meetings and ask questions in sessions.
• Your badge, venue map and check-in.
• Join a conference with the code or link the organisers send you.

Safe and private
• Report or block anyone from their profile, meeting request or question; the committee reviews reports within 24 hours.
• Alerts for votes, reviews, sessions and messages, and you choose which reach your phone. Lock-screen alerts never show names, paper titles or amounts.
• Fingerprint lock, light and dark appearance, and the programme stays readable offline when the venue Wi-Fi gives up.
• No ads, no tracking, no purchases.
