ResidentLog is a platform for managing medical residency training inside hospital departments — built to help each resident grow, and to give training directors a clear, real-time picture of where everyone stands and how to support them.

It replaces the spreadsheets and informal tools that departments rely on today, bringing everything that happens in a department into one system: structured feedback, progress tracking, workforce and staffing management, and the day-to-day interaction between residents and senior physicians.

What you can do with ResidentLog:

- Structured, documented feedback — senior physicians give short, focused feedback after procedures and cases, and the resident gets a clear view of their strengths and the areas worth reinforcing. Every piece of feedback is saved and builds up over the course of the residency.

- Progress tracking along the training ladder — see at a glance where each resident stands relative to the milestones of the program, which procedures were performed and how many, and what remains to be completed.

- Workforce and staffing management — when each resident finishes, who is on leave, on-call planning and coverage, and headcount forecasting. All of the department's operational information in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets.

- Department annual calendar and weekly scheduling — plan and view the department's year and weekly rotations in a single view.

- Research and academic tracking — keep track of the academic and research activity of the department and its residents.

- Management dashboard and analytics — totals, response times, completion rates, and activity trends, so training directors can see how feedback culture is actually working in the department.

- Built for every department — each department defines its own ladder, rotations, procedures, and feedback types, so the system speaks the language of that specific specialty.

Who it's for:
ResidentLog is built for department heads, training directors, senior physicians, and residents in hospitals. It works for a single department or for a wider rollout across multiple departments in an institution.

Privacy and security:
The system contains no patient medical data. Information is stored on secure infrastructure and in line with privacy-protection requirements.

ResidentLog is in active use in hospital departments in Israel and continues to evolve together with the teams that use it in practice.

Access to the system requires an active account provided by your department.
