Clokr is a free employee time clock for hourly teams. Staff clock in and out on a shared tablet or on their own phone, you build the schedule, and every punch lands on one timesheet that is ready for payroll. It replaces the paper time card and the punch clock on the wall.

FREE FOR SMALL TEAMS
Clokr is free for up to 10 employees at one location. No credit card and no contract. Free includes the PIN time clock, the schedule, the phone app for 5 staff with a location check, and an hours export for payroll. Upgrade only when you grow.

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS
• Time clock: turn any tablet into a PIN time clock by the door, or let staff clock in from their phones
• Location check: a phone punch only counts at the workplace, so no one clocks in from home
• Employee scheduling: build the week, copy last week, and let shifts repeat
• Timesheets: every punch, break, and correction in one place, with a record of every edit
• Attendance: see who is on the clock right now, who was late, and who missed a punch
• Payroll export: download hours for your payroll service at the end of each pay period

Basic and Pro add overtime rules, time-off requests, shift coverage with an hourly bonus, payroll PDFs for each employee, notices to staff phones, and tip pooling.

GET STARTED IN MINUTES
Create a free account at clokr.co or from the first screen of this app. Add your location and your team, open the time clock on a tablet, and post the QR code so staff can join.

FOR YOUR TEAM
Staff join by scanning the QR code at work or typing the 6-digit code, then enter their PIN. No account to create and no password to remember.
• Clock in and out with one tap
• My Week: your shifts for the week ahead
• My Hours: your hours for the pay period, plus a way to flag a punch that looks wrong or a day you forgot to clock in
• Pickup: claim a shift a coworker cannot cover
• Time Off: request a day off and see the answer
• Inbox: notices from your manager
Some features depend on your workplace's plan.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS
If the internet goes down, Clokr still records the punch and sends it the moment you are back online.
