TIMEROX — A ROUND TIMER & INTERVAL TIMER WITH A VOICE COACH

Most timers beep. Timerox talks. Underneath is a precise round timer and interval timer for boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, BJJ, MMA, HIIT, Tabata, cardio and strength. On top of it sits something no other timer has: a coach in your ear who counts you in, calls the work, and holds the pace.

DRILLS — A COACH CALLS THE COMBOS

Shadowbox and hit the bag without breaking rhythm to think up what comes next. In Drills mode a voice calls the combinations out loud while the round runs, so you just move:
- Boxing — jab, cross, hook, uppercut, slips and rolls
- Kickboxing — punches plus leg kicks
- Muay Thai — the full arsenal: punches, elbows, knees, teeps and roundhouse
- Upper Body and Lower Body conditioning drills
36 combos per discipline, in English, French and Spanish. It is the closest thing to a coach holding pads when you are training alone.

CHOOSE YOUR COACH — SIX VOICES, SIX STYLES

Timerox is the only timer with a cast of coaching voices, each a completely different personality. Pick who is in your corner today:
- BJJ Coach — intense Brazilian energy, pure effort.
- Caring Coach — warm and grounded, calm support without the yelling.
- Hardcore — a drill sergeant, no excuses.
- Robot — a cold, precise sci-fi training AI.
- Quiet Strength — stoic and steady, presence over volume.
- Silent — just the timer, for when you want one.
From gentle encouragement to relentless intensity, there is a voice for every mood and every session. You choose per workout. Every voice speaks English, French and Spanish, and the interface is fully localized to match.

THE TIMER UNDERNEATH

Build any structure you need: prep, work, rest, cycles, sets, set rest and cooldown, all configurable per workout. Eight presets are ready to go, including HIIT 30/30, Classic Tabata, EMOM 10, 5x5 Strength, Mobility Flow, Boxing Rounds and Jiu-Jitsu Rolls. The workout editor uses color-coded steps and totals your time as you build. Need something simpler? Quick Timer is a one-tap countdown for the moments you just need a clock.

BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
- A live notification keeps the current round and time remaining in your shade. Switch to music or messages mid-workout without losing your place.
- A big, high-contrast countdown you can read across the room.
- Lock the screen during a round so a phone on the rack does not get bumped. Long-press the padlock to unlock.
- Sound and haptic cues on every phase change, both optional.
