You don’t need to feel bad to review your life.

Happiness Play helps you look at your whole life and find out what deserves attention. It is not a test that scores you: it is a process that walks with you, with the Autocoaching Methodology. Three steps, at your pace.

01 · How I am — Your Wheel of Life
Rate your 8 areas and see how you view yourself today. Sometimes that is enough to notice that Leisure or Money have been below the rest for a while.

02 · What I want — Your conditions for happiness
Define what you need and what you would like in each area.

03 · What I am going to change — Your changes, with a date
Turn reflection into specific actions.

Your overview — Your progress over time
Repeat your wheel whenever you want and compare yourself only with yourself. When your life changes, look at it again.

What makes it different
• The 8 areas are never averaged together: no average hides your imbalances.
• No comparisons, no judgements, no scores about you.
• One wheel a day, at most: reflection, not obsessive checking.
• 58 territories in the Map of Life to go deeper into each area.
• 20 years of method, from the first book (2005) to today.

Your privacy
What you write in your wheel is yours. Analytics counts the steps of the journey, never the content of your wheel. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

For your team
Happiness Play Pro does not tell people how to be happy: it gives them personal tools and helps to understand the work environment better. Each person manages their own; the organisation looks after the environment.

More than 15,000 people have already made their Wheel of Life, in 103 countries.

Measuring happiness does not change it. Managing it does.
