METCH – Real Proximity, Real Connections

Meet people around you. Discover new connections. Turn real-world moments into meaningful relationships.

METCH is a location-based social app that helps you discover and connect with people who are in the same place as you. Whether you're at a café, restaurant, event, venue, or exploring a new city, METCH makes it easier to meet people around you and start a genuine connection.

Instead of endlessly scrolling through profiles of people who may be far away, METCH brings social discovery closer to real life.

DISCOVER PEOPLE NEARBY

See people who are currently available to connect around your location. Discover who is at the same venue or nearby and find someone you would like to get to know.

CHECK IN AND BE VISIBLE

When you check in at a location, you can become visible to other METCH users who are there and looking to connect. Your check-in represents your presence at a place and creates an opportunity for a natural introduction.

CONNECT WITH PEOPLE YOU LIKE

Found someone interesting? Send a like or connection request. If the interest is mutual, you can match and start a conversation.

MATCH AND CHAT

Once you match, start chatting and get to know each other. A shared location gives you a natural conversation starter and makes it easier to take an online connection into the real world.

MEET IN REAL LIFE

METCH is designed to connect the digital experience with real-world interactions. Instead of keeping connections inside an app, METCH gives you the opportunity to meet people where you actually are.

MAKE EVERY PLACE MORE SOCIAL

Your next connection could be closer than you think.

You might discover someone new at your favorite coffee shop, meet someone interesting at a restaurant, connect with people at an event, or make a new connection while traveling.

METCH can help you turn everyday places into opportunities to meet new people.

MORE THAN JUST DATING

METCH can be used to discover different types of connections. Depending on what you're looking for, you can meet someone for a date, make a new friend, find people with similar interests, or simply start a conversation with someone new.

REAL PEOPLE. REAL PLACES. REAL CONNECTIONS.

METCH focuses on proximity and real-world context. Instead of connecting only through an endless profile feed, you can discover people based on where life is happening right now.

PRIVACY AND SAFETY

Your participation and visibility are under your control. Check in when you want to discover and connect with people around you.

Always use good judgment when communicating with people you meet through METCH. Protect your personal information, take your time getting to know someone, and choose public places when meeting someone for the first time.

METCH also provides tools designed to help users manage unwanted interactions and maintain a respectful community.

DISCOVER WHO'S AROUND YOU

The next person you meet could be sitting at the table next to you, visiting the same place, or exploring the same part of the city.

METCH helps you discover those possibilities.
