Ace Scheduler is a scheduling app for aircrew units. It gives members one place to see what’s on the schedule, share when they’re available, and know where they’re needed. Schedulers use it to build crews and keep the unit’s calendar current.

Access is by invitation only. Your unit’s administrator sends you an invite, and you sign in with the email it was sent to.

FOR MEMBERS

My Schedule: a month calendar showing your assignments, trips and drill days at a glance
Tap any day to see that day’s events and brief times
Add your availability for a single day or a run of days, all day or by time, with an optional note
My upcoming assignments in one list
Trips: see the trips you’re assigned to, and volunteer when trips are open
Event volunteering: raise your hand for events that need people
Day reminders: schedulers can send a reminder for any day, and it shows up in the app’s notifications
Calendar sync: subscribe to your schedule in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook with a private link

FOR SCHEDULERS

Create and edit events: flights, simulators, boom simulators, ground events and flight duty supervisor shifts
Import a schedule from a CSV file, with a preview before anything is saved
See who is available on any day, and search for a single member
Assign crew and see which events still need people
Plan trips and publish drafts when you’re ready, so members only see finished schedules
Send reminders for a day with one tap

FOR UNITS

Unit calendar: everyone can see what the unit is doing
Big Board: a read-only display view for a wall screen, showing the next two weeks
Roles for members, schedulers and administrators, so each person sees only what they need
No sensitive operational details are stored. The app holds names, qualifications, event days and brief times, and nothing more.
