Family Ledger makes it easy to track who's contributing what — for weddings, house construction, group trips, mosque donations, business expenses, or any shared event where money moves between family and friends.

No more messy WhatsApp threads or scattered notes trying to remember who paid for what. Create a project, invite the people involved, and keep everything organized in one place.

KEY FEATURES

Shared Projects
Create a project for any event — a wedding, a trip, a house build, a fundraiser — and invite family or friends to join.

Track Every Contribution
Log paid contributions and in-kind ones (like lending a car or covering a service for free). Attach a receipt photo to keep a clear record.

Approval System
Keep spending honest with a built-in approval flow. Admins and owners review and approve entries before they count — and no one can approve their own entry if someone else is available to do it, keeping things fair.

Role-Based Access
Assign each person a role — Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer — so everyone sees exactly what they should, no more and no less.

See Where the Money Went
A clear budget overview shows total spent, pledged, and remaining, plus a breakdown of spending by category and who's contributed the most.

Stay in the Loop
A notification center keeps you updated on pending approvals, invites, and contact requests — no digging through the app to find what needs your attention.

Receipts & Profile Photos
Attach receipt photos to any entry so spending is backed up with proof. Add a profile photo so everyone in your projects recognizes you.

Built with Real Privacy
Every project is private to its members. Your financial data, receipts, and activity are never visible to anyone outside the project you're part of.

Built for Real Families
Whether it's your cousin's wedding, a family trip, or a community fundraiser, Family Ledger keeps everyone on the same page — literally.
