My Base Camp – Employee Wellbeing & Workplace Surveys

My Base Camp helps businesses understand employee wellbeing and workplace experiences through surveys, AI-generated reports, and scores.

Employees can answer multiple-choice questions, review their results, and revisit previous reports whenever they need them. Employers and HR teams can access individual employee reports and share important workplace announcements, all through one app.

CREATE AND COMPLETE SURVEYS
Explore workplace wellbeing and other relevant topics through surveys designed for your organisation. Surveys can include multiple-choice questions to help employees share their experiences and views.

AI-POWERED REPORTS AND SCORES
Once you complete a survey, My Base Camp uses AI to generate a report and score based on your answers. Review your results to better understand the responses you have provided.

ACCESS YOUR REPORT HISTORY
Your completed surveys, scores, and reports are saved online so you can return to your previous results whenever you need them. Review your report history without having to start again.

EMPLOYEE REPORT ACCESS
Employees can view their own survey answers, scores, and reports. Other employees cannot view their individual reports through the app.

EMPLOYER AND HR ACCESS
Authorised employers and HR administrators can view individual employee reports to help them understand workplace experiences and employee wellbeing.

WORKPLACE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND UPDATES
Stay informed with announcements from your employer or HR team. Updates may include:
• Upcoming events and workplace activities
• Company news and important notices
• Workplace changes and updates
• Policy reminders and other relevant information
