Happy Wednesday brings personal and organizational expense management together in one simple platform. Track spending, split shared costs, manage receipts, monitor budgets and settle expenses with clarity - whether you are planning an event with friends or managing expenses across a project team.

Create an event, add participants and start recording expenses. Happy Wednesday keeps every entry organized and calculates each person's share, so everyone can see what was spent, who paid and what remains to be settled.

SMART, FLEXIBLE EXPENSE SPLITTING

Split expenses equally, by custom percentage or by assigning specific amounts to individual participants. Use different split methods for different expenses and let Happy Wednesday calculate the final balances.

AI-ASSISTED EXPENSE ENTRY

Save time by describing an expense in a simple sentence. The AI assistant interprets the information and helps create the expense entry with minimal manual input.

PERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL EXPENSES

Use Happy Wednesday for trips, celebrations, household spending and other shared events. Organizations can also manage employee and project expenses with structured access and clear accountability.

RECEIPTS AND AUDIT TRAIL

Capture and attach receipts to expense entries so supporting documents stay connected to the relevant transaction. Review expense history and maintain a transparent record of changes.

BUDGETS, TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Set budgets and compare planned spending with actual expenses. Add action items, assign owners and track responsibilities alongside the financial activity for an event or project.

MULTI-CURRENCY SUPPORT

Manage events involving different currencies and view expenses in the relevant local and home currencies. This makes Happy Wednesday useful for international travel, distributed teams and cross-border events.

CLEAR SETTLEMENTS

See simplified settlement guidance showing who needs to pay whom. The calculation reduces unnecessary back-and-forth and helps participants close the event confidently.

REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Keep participants informed with invitations and payment reminders, including WhatsApp notifications where enabled.

REPORTING FOR TEAMS

Organizations can review spending by employee and project, compare budgets with actuals and maintain an audit trail for every change. Role-based access helps ensure users see and manage information appropriate to their responsibilities.
