Nextis Companion keeps your company's RS.ge paperwork in your pocket. It works with your Nextis account, which syncs your invoices and waybills from the Revenue Service of Georgia.

HOME
• At a glance: how many incoming invoices wait for you, this month's VAT and sales, and the waybills you received but haven't confirmed yet.

INVOICES
• Approve an incoming invoice by swiping right, reject by swiping left (with a reason) — in the list or on the invoice card. Each decision waits 3 minutes before it reaches RS.ge, so you can undo it.
• Create an invoice in three steps — buyer, lines, review — standard or advance; save it as a draft or send it to the buyer. A half-filled form is kept for later.

WAYBILLS
• Active, closed and draft waybills with goods, route, vehicle and driver.
• Create and send a waybill, close it when the goods arrive, confirm or reject waybills you receive.

PARTIES
• Every customer and supplier: what you sold and bought, recent invoices, contacts.
• Look up any Tax ID in the RS.ge registry, and ask a VAT-paying seller to issue an invoice.

VAT
• The VAT return for any month: net VAT to pay or your credit, output and input VAT, the due date and the invoices behind it.

AI ACCOUNTANT
• Ask about Georgian tax law and get answers with their sources. Your questions go to the AI providers only after you allow it.

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Fingerprint or face lock, two-step sign-in, several companies under one login.
• Your last lists stay readable offline.
• In English, Georgian, Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian.

WHERE THE INFORMATION COMES FROM
• Your company's invoices, waybills and VAT figures, and the taxpayer registry: the Revenue Service of Georgia, https://rs.ge, through your company's own RS.ge service user.
• The law the AI Accountant cites: the Legislative Herald of Georgia, https://matsne.gov.ge, and the Revenue Service's published decisions and guidance, https://infohub.rs.ge.
