Power Coach is the coaching app for personal trainers and the athletes they train on the VFT Power Coach platform. Coaches build and deliver the training; clients follow the plan, log their work and stay in touch, all in one place.

For clients
- Get your workouts: see what's assigned each day, with exercise demo videos so you know exactly how to perform every movement.
- Log your sets: record weights and reps as you train, and see what you lifted last time.
- Send form-check videos: record or upload a clip of your lift and get feedback from your coach.
- Ask for help: flag any exercise you're struggling with, and your coach can swap it or guide you.
- Message your coach: chat directly with your coach inside the app.
- Track your progress: log your bodyweight and add physique photos to see how you're changing over time.
- Follow your diet plan: view the nutrition plan your coach shares with you.
- See your coach's details: your coach's name and email are always one tap away in My Details.
- Stay on schedule: get notifications when new workouts are ready or your coach messages you.

For coaches
- Add clients and send each one an invite link.
- Build workouts and diet plans and assign them to your clients.
- Review check-ins, form-check videos and progress photos, and give feedback.
- Message your clients and keep a library of exercise videos.
- Choose a Go or Pro plan in the app. Plans are auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions billed through Google Play. You can manage or cancel them any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.

How it works
1. Coaches: create your account, choose a plan and invite your clients.
2. Clients: your coach sends you an invite link by email. Open it and create your account in the app.
3. Coaches assign workouts, and clients train, log and send feedback.
