Recovering from ACL surgery is a months-long journey. ACL Recovery Tracker turns it into a clear, structured program — from the first days after surgery all the way to return to sport.

A 10-LEVEL PROGRAM
• Ten rehabilitation levels, each with its own goals, exercises and criteria to move on — up to running, jumping and cutting drills
• Add your surgery details — graft, meniscus repair, revision and more — and your plan notes what protocols usually advise
• When you might be ready to move on, the app tells you, based on your workouts, pain and time at the level; the level check walks you through that level's criteria

SEE EVERY EXERCISE IN MOTION
• An animation of every workout exercise: turn the view, slow it down, follow it step by step
• Clear numbered steps, including which leg works
• Watch it during your workout, or keep it hidden

TRAIN STEP BY STEP
• Today's workout, set by set, with a rest countdown between sets
• Your workout on the lock screen, with a buzz when a rest ends
• Gym exercises: log the weight of each set, and the app suggests your next step
• Shape a level's workout to what your physio prescribes: add, swap or remove exercises and change sets, reps and hold times

PLAN YOUR WEEK
• Pick your training days, move a workout to another day, or take a rest day
• Early levels can run several rounds a day, each at its own time
• Daily care routines — ice, quad squeezes, elevation — to check off

MONITOR PAIN AND MOBILITY
• Pain diary on a 0–10 scale with body locations and trends
• Knee bend and straightening in degrees: type them in, or measure with your phone, guided by an animation
• Compare against your healthy leg

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Charts for mobility, pain, workouts and levels, and a full workout history.

STAY ON TRACK
Optional reminders for each workout round, a pain check-in, care routines, an evening nudge for an unfinished workout, and a note when you might be ready for the next level. Each can be turned on or off, and you choose the times.

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
Your health data — pain, mobility, workouts, surgery details — stays on your device. No account, no internet connection needed.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
English, German, Spanish, French and Ukrainian, in light and dark themes.

IMPORTANT
This app provides structure for rehabilitation but does not replace medical advice. Always get clearance from your surgeon or physical therapist before starting or progressing exercises.
