Bodfit builds your workout around how you actually feel today, not a fixed plan.

Start with a two-minute check-in: how you slept, your energy, your stress, anything sore, how long you have and what you want to do. The coach then builds a session for today that fits your time, your setup and your body.

CHECK IN, THEN TRAIN
• Quick check-in on sleep, energy, stress and sore spots, with an optional body map
• Choose strength, hybrid, cardio, running, mobility or recovery, plus focus areas and intensity
• Get a session sized to the time you have, at home or the gym, with the equipment you have
• Swap a move or shorten the session if it isn't right
• Flare-up mode for days when something hurts

LOG AS YOU GO
• Track sets, reps, weight and effort (RPE) during the session
• Built-in rest timer with an alert when rest is over
• Tell the coach if something hurts mid-session

SEE YOUR WEEK
• Weekly view of energy, pain, sessions and focus, with a short coach summary
• History, an activity calendar, personal records and milestones
• Recommendations for your next session based on what you've done

BUILT AROUND YOUR SETUP
• Save your home equipment, or scan it with your camera to identify it
• Optionally let Bodfit suggest Home or Gym from your location while the app is open
• Save workouts as routines and build your own sessions

GOALS AND FRIENDS
• Set a goal, like running a 5K or building strength, and get a multi-week programme that adjusts after every session
• Follow friends, share workouts, cheer them on and join communities. Your profile can be private
• Short desk sessions for neck, wrists and eyes
