THE NETWORK LIVES ON YOUR PHONE
Install from Google Playstore and even when internet signal is weak you can plan your trip. — in traffic, at a station, or between towns.

INTER-CITY TRIPS
Going out of town? Wherever you’re going, just mark it on the map: TrotOver plans journeys between cities. We start your journey with a trotro trip in your city guiding you to the right terminal for a long-distance leg, then hand you over to a local trotro and even show you where to walk to your final destination.

WHERE IT WORKS (inside towns)
A rider in Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Sekondi-Takoradi or Anloga-Keta can name a destination town and get a plan that runs the local ride to the lorry station, puts them on the vehicle leaving the city, and lands them at the rank at the other end. More cities are added as their networks are surveyed, so the list grows with each update.

You can travel to (land at the terminal) (17) — Tamale, Ho, Sunyani, Koforidua, Akatsi-Denu, Gomoa-Apam, Kintampo, Kpong-Akosombo, Ada-Tongu-Sogakope, Bolga-Karaga, Wa-Nandom, Kwahu-Kade, Oti, Bogoso Belt, Sefwi, Bole-Mole, Yendi. That’s all over Ghana!

But all that is only part of the app! There’s more ahead.
FOR TROTRO DRIVERS — BE AHEAD
Enter two stops to declare the route you are running and the console shows how many app riders are waiting along your own corridor, stop by stop. You can switch your route anytime you want. Save your favourite routes you drive on often for one touch selection. Share and pair with your mate for the day and he also gets your alerts so he knows where to target.

FOR DRIVER'S MATES
Pair with your driver. See waiting passengers. Load from afar. Confirm passengers as they board and as they get off. Keep the day's count straight. Almost a solid team, but there’s more:

FOR BOOKMEN
Included: Use your smartphone to help passengers who can’t use the app, so that no one is left behind: Show your station and announce how many passengers are there, and update constantly to serve drivers on that route, or if you like, choose your favourite drivers only. Claim a passenger who is waiting and pass them to a driver, so nobody is left standing.

MORDERN TROTRO
TrotOver TroTro is not a taxi-hailing app and does not dispatch vehicles, BUT it let’s a driver see how many passengers are waiting at a stop. It is a digital tool for how trotro already works: which routes exist, which stops they serve, and how to get from one to the next, but when everyone is connected, drivers and passengers can interact. just imagine, you can book your seat on the trotro from afar.

BUILT FOR GHANA
This app is built for our modern Ghana, so it is the same trotro system we know. The stop names are the same. We provide fares estimated from published trotro fare charts. Driver verification is Ghana Card aware. The only thing disrupted is the giddi-giddi hassle. And very Ghanaian, TrotOver is learning to speak Twi, Ga, Dagbamba and Ewe.
