Protect your sales. Be ready for anything.

SellerSafe helps online sellers organise and keep evidence for sales made through platforms such as Vinted and eBay, so you're prepared if something goes wrong.

Keep your evidence organised

Save photos, videos, postage proof, receipts, authenticity documents and other evidence alongside each sale.

Protect your sales from start to finish

Record the condition of your item, document your packing, keep proof of postage and store everything together in one place.

Mark your evidence as added

Once you've uploaded everything you want to keep for a sale, you can mark it as "All Evidence Added". You can still add more evidence at any time.

Be ready when something goes wrong

If a buyer raises a problem, SellerSafe helps you find relevant evidence and prepare a clear, factual evidence pack.

Create a dispute pack

Organise relevant evidence and prepare a calm, editable message and evidence summary that you can use when communicating about a problem.

Get SellerSafe Help

If you need a second opinion, you can ask SellerSafe for practical guidance about what happened and which evidence may be useful. Support is provided by SellerSafe and is not legal advice.

Your evidence, organised

Keep your sales and supporting evidence together in private Vaults linked to your SellerSafe account.

SellerSafe is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Vinted or eBay.

SellerSafe helps you organise evidence and prepare for disputes. It does not guarantee the outcome of a buyer dispute or determine who is right or wrong.
