Tatpulse Leads is the on-device companion for Tatpulse, a B2B platform that delivers time-critical sales leads from a dealership's workspace to the phones of its sales representatives.

WHO IS THIS FOR
Auto dealerships, showrooms, and sales teams that receive customer enquiries and need to route each one to a representative instantly. This app is installed by your organisation on a rep's phone and paired to your Tatpulse workspace. It is not a consumer app and requires a pairing code issued by your administrator.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Your administrator creates a workspace and a sales team in the Tatpulse console.
2. They generate a one-time pairing code for the rep's device.
3. The rep opens Tatpulse Leads, enters the pairing code, and grants the alert permissions.
4. When a new lead arrives, the rep gets a full-screen alert - even on the lock screen - showing the customer's details and a countdown.
5. The rep claims the lead and calls the customer directly from the app. The claim and call outcome are reported back to the dealership's lead timeline.

WHAT THE APP DOES
- Real-time lead alerts via push and a live presence connection.
- One-tap claim, with the lead routed to the rep who claims it first.
- Direct dial to the customer from the alert or the lead detail.
- Contact history and call reporting into your dealership's CRM timeline.
- An on-shift toggle and Quick Settings tile so a rep can pause dispatch when off duty.
- A home-screen widget showing the open-lead count and claims still owed a call.

PERMISSIONS
- Notifications and full-screen alerts: show incoming leads, including on the lock screen.
- Phone: dial the customer when the rep taps Call, and detect an active call so a new lead does not interrupt it.
- Call log (optional): record the sales call and show contact history on the lead. The app is fully functional without it.
- Foreground service and battery optimisation exemption: keep the device reachable for time-critical lead dispatch while on shift.

PRIVACY
Data is used only to deliver leads to your reps and report their responses to your own dealership workspace. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. The call-log permission is optional and only reads the log of calls the rep makes to leads they claimed. See the linked privacy policy for full details on collection, retention, and sharing.

NOT FOR INDIVIDUAL USE
This app is intended for dealerships that have signed up for Tatpulse. If your organisation has not provided you with a pairing code, this app will not work for you. Please contact your administrator.
