UPGRADE YOUR ROWING MACHINE WITH A SMARTROW POWER METER
Looking for an all-in-one rowing app, a power meter with highly accurate performance data or a better way to improve your indoor rowing technique? SmartRow upgrades the rowing machine you already own with precise measurements, detailed stroke analysis and smarter training.
The SmartRow app works with all SmartRow power meters to turn compatible rowing machines into complete performance training systems. Connect a SmartRow Power Handle or SmartRow Power Pulley and train with real power measurement, stroke analysis, Force Curve feedback, structured workouts, video workouts, challenges and progress tracking.
A standard rowing app can only show the data it receives. SmartRow adds the missing measurement technology by measuring your rowing power directly throughout every stroke. This makes every session more measurable, more motivating and easier to improve, without the need for expensive subscriptions.

WHY USE A SMARTROW POWER METER?
If you want to improve, you need feedback you can trust. SmartRow makes progress visible with power, pace, stroke rate, personal records, workout history, challenges, rankings and races. Set goals, compare sessions, race against yourself or others and stay motivated with every improvement.

MASTER YOUR ROWING TECHNIQUE WITH THE FORCE CURVE
Power is only part of the story. How you produce that power determines your efficiency, consistency and progress.
The SmartRow Force Curve visualizes the force you apply throughout every stroke, helping you spot changes in timing, posture, power build-up and stroke consistency.
Use it to identify technical weaknesses, build a smoother stroke and recognize when fatigue starts to affect your technique. By making these changes visible, the Force Curve helps you row with more control and reduce unnecessary strain on your body.

COMPATIBLE WITH 60+ ROWING MACHINE BRANDS
SmartRow power meters are compatible with more than 60 rowing machine brands, making it possible to upgrade many existing air, water and magnetic rowing machines.
Supported brands include Concept2, WaterRower, RP3, MERACH, FluidRower, Tunturi, First Degree Fitness, Rogue, Assault Fitness and many more.
Compatibility depends on the rowing machine brand, model and the SmartRow product used.

WORKOUTS, VIDEO AND RACING
The SmartRow app includes more than 50 structured workouts, guided video workouts, live and on-demand rowing, challenges, rankings, races against yourself and other SmartRow users, workout history and personal records.
Whether you train for fitness, performance or better technique, SmartRow gives you the tools to stay motivated and improve every stroke.
