ApexLog is an all-in-one gym workout tracker that helps you plan smarter sessions, log every set, and understand your progress across training, nutrition, recovery, and daily health.

PERSONALIZED WORKOUT PLANNING
Build a workout plan around your goal, experience level, available training days, equipment, session length, and exercise preferences. Guided setup creates a balanced starting routine, while the Planner and reusable templates keep your week organized.

WORKOUT TRACKING
Start a workout and log sets, reps, and weight for every exercise. See previous performance, follow your active set, use the built-in rest timer, and keep your session moving with automatic scrolling to the current exercise. Finish and save workouts to a detailed history with personal records and progress trends.

MUSCLE AND PROGRESS INSIGHTS
See which muscles your plan targets with interactive muscle heatmaps. Review training progress, volume trends, exercise history, estimated strength, body-weight trends, and other useful insights from the Data tab.

NUTRITION LOGGING
Track calories, protein, carbs, and fat in a clear daily food log. Search foods, add entries manually, scan barcodes, or use the nutrition-label scanner to read values from packaging. Organize foods by meal, see when items were logged, save reusable recipes, and follow personalized calorie and macro targets.

HYDRATION AND DAILY ACTIVITY
Set a personalized water goal, log intake in milliliters or fluid ounces, and view daily hydration progress. Keep daily steps visible alongside your workout and nutrition data.

HEALTH CONNECT INTEGRATION
Use Health Connect to bring compatible weight, nutrition, hydration, and step data from the health and fitness apps you already use into ApexLog. Your fitness information is stored locally on your device and is not sold to third parties.
