Orthodox Church App brings your parish into one place: its services and events, the day in the Church year, and conversations with the people you worship with.

FIND YOUR PARISH
Search by parish name, city or priest. Open a parish to see its address, clergy, jurisdiction and how to get in touch, then ask to join. Once your parish’s administrators approve you, the app opens onto your parish.

TODAY IN THE CHURCH
Every day, see the feast and its rank, the fast and what it asks, the saints commemorated and the appointed readings. Open the day for the full text of every reading, the lives of the saints and service notes, and step back or ahead through the week. The day follows your parish’s calendar, old or new, and its tradition. Days you have read stay on your phone, so they’re there without a connection.

NEVER MISS A SERVICE
Your parish’s calendar shows its services, feast days and parish events by month, week or day. Each kind of event has its own calendar and colour, and you can hide the ones you don’t need. Parish administrators can add and change events right from their phone.

STAY CLOSE TO YOUR COMMUNITY
Join your parish’s groups, such as the choir, a Bible study or the youth group, and talk together. Send messages and photos, reply, react, and @mention someone to get their attention. See who has read your latest message. Choose, group by group, whether you’re notified about every message, only mentions, or nothing.

YOUR PARISH, ITS WAY
Each parish arranges its own home page, with links to what matters to it: the readings, a guide for newcomers, its website. The app takes on the liturgical colour of the day, or a colour you choose.

SAFE AND PRIVATE
Report a message to your parish’s administrators, or block someone, right from the conversation. Messages with obscene language are refused. The app shows no ads, we never sell your information, and you can delete your account at any time from the app.

FOR PARISH ADMINISTRATORS
Run your parish from orthodoxchurch.app: arrange the home page and tab bar, manage calendars and events, approve members and review reports. If your parish isn’t on the app yet, ask your priest or parish council to write to us at info@rapidapp.dev.
