Gota connects neighbors who need cleaning help with the people who provide it — fully bilingual, with no language barrier in the way. Whether you're looking for a trusted cleaner or you clean for a living and want more steady work, Gota helps you find each other and keep things organized.

FIND A CLEANER
• Browse cleaners near you with photos, hourly rates, services offered, and ratings
• Book a one-time visit or set up a weekly recurring helper
• Broadcast an open request and let nearby cleaners claim the slot — first to claim wins
• Save your favorite cleaners and rebook them in one tap
• Save home, work, and family addresses for faster booking

GET HIRED AS A CLEANER
• Build a public profile in minutes — set your hourly rate, services, languages, and weekly availability
• See open requests in your service area and claim the ones that fit your schedule
• Built-in timer tracks hours as you work; stop when done and the total is calculated for you
• Log past jobs (even from before you joined Gota) so your full work history lives in one place
• Earnings dashboard breaks down what you've earned this week, this month, and all-time, by client

CASH-FRIENDLY PAYMENTS, NO CARD FEES
Every booking ends with a two-sided payment confirmation: when the cleaner taps "I received it" and the hirer taps "I paid," the booking settles and both sides keep a permanent record. If one side is offline, a 4-digit PIN handshake closes the loop instead. There are no payment processing fees — you pay each other directly, in cash or however works for you. Gota never holds your money.

BUILT BILINGUAL FROM DAY ONE
Every screen, every notification, every label works fully in English and Spanish. Pick your language during onboarding or change it any time from the Profile tab. Your choice is remembered across reloads and devices.

DESIGNED FOR TRUST
• Two-sided ratings after every booking — both hirer and cleaner rate each other
• Disputes are first-class: either side can flag a booking and write down what happened
• Phone numbers stay private until you choose to share them
• Profiles only show what you fill in — nothing is auto-pulled from elsewhere

FREE TO USE
Gota is free for both hirers and cleaners. No subscription, no booking fees, no commission on what you earn or pay.

WHO IT'S FOR
Gota is built for English-speaking families who need household cleaning help and Spanish-speaking cleaners who want a simple way to find work, set their own rates, and keep track of their earnings. We currently focus on tight-knit US neighborhoods where word-of-mouth is how cleaners and families already find each other — Gota just makes that whole process easier, more transparent, and easier to track.
