40 Days of Focus turns the iChallengeLife method into a daily companion you can actually keep up with. Four pillars — Mind, Body, Soul and Finances — one simple check-in a day, for forty days.

No accounts. No subscriptions. No feed to scroll. Just the work.

HOW IT WORKS

Every day you show up for four areas, then tick each one off on the Daily Tracker. Stack four checks a day for forty days and the habits stop being a challenge and start being who you are.

MIND — Write five goals of desire and your personal declaration. Read them out loud twice a day, morning and night, with feeling and belief.

BODY — A five-minute circuit: five exercises, five reps, five rounds. Every move is animated so you always know the form. Add one healthy meal a day and you've covered the pillar.

SOUL — Each week has its own Word of Focus and affirmation — Gratitude, Discipline, Desire, Initiative, Relationship, Self Equity. Meditate on it for ten minutes a day with the built-in timer.

FINANCE — Save a minimum of $14 a week. That's $2 a day. Log every deposit and watch the total climb toward the goal you set on day one.
