Find out what really affects your mood.

Check in once a day: rate your mood and tick what happened. Nomos compares your better and worse days and shows what goes with each. Everything stays on your phone.

ONE CHECK-IN A DAY
• Rate your mood with five faces, from Awful to Great
• Tick what happened: sleep, exercise, coffee, alcohol, friends, anything you track
• Leave unticked what didn't happen; that's data too
• "Same as the day before" fills in a routine day
• Answer straight from the evening reminder or the Mood widget on your home screen

WHAT AFFECTS YOUR MOOD
Nomos compares the days you did something with the days you didn't, on the same day and on the day after, and lists every tracker:
• Likely: a clear difference, with how big it is (for example, mood 1.1 lower the day after alcohol)
• No clear effect: Nomos says so instead of inventing a link
• Collecting: how many more days it still needs
Findings pass a false-discovery check, so random coincidences don't turn into results. A link is a pattern in your own data, not proof of cause.

HONEST EXPECTATIONS
Statistics need days. Most people see first trends after 2–3 weeks of check-ins and solid answers after 4–6. Bringing your history from another app gives you results from day one.

BRING YOUR HISTORY
• Import your mood history from Daylio (backup file or CSV): moods, activities and notes
• Import habits from Loop Habit Tracker
• Import spreadsheets (CSV)

MOOD OVER TIME
• A calendar of good and bad days
• Average mood by month, by weekday and by time of day
• Sleep score, energy or any 1–5 rating works the same way

HABITS AND SYMPTOMS, IN ONE TAP
• Every habit, symptom or amount gets its own button with your usual value
• One more tap changes the amount or the time (1h ago, last night, yesterday)
• Daily, weekly and monthly goals with honest streaks
• Heatmaps of the last 52 weeks
• Home-screen widgets, app shortcuts and a Quick Settings tile
• Personal trials: stop a suspect for a week, bring it back for a week, and see the difference

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no sign-up
• No internet permission: the app cannot send your data anywhere
• No ads, no analytics, no third-party trackers
• Optional app lock with fingerprint or device PIN
• Password-protected encrypted backups (AES-256-GCM), plus JSON and CSV export

Nomos is not a medical app. It shows patterns in the data you record yourself; talk to a doctor about health decisions.
