Cravio Restaurant gives authorized Cravio restaurant partners the tools they need to manage daily operations from one convenient app.

MANAGE INCOMING ORDERS

Receive alerts for new orders and review customer information, ordered items, customizations, payment details, delivery addresses, and special instructions.

Follow each order through its complete workflow:

• Pending
• Accepted
• Preparing
• Out for delivery
• Delivered

COORDINATE YOUR DRIVERS

Create drivers and assign or change the driver responsible for an eligible order. Search the driver list when working with larger teams, open delivery destinations in Maps, and explicitly share delivery information through WhatsApp.

CONTROL MENU AVAILABILITY

Browse your restaurant’s menu, search for items, and filter products by category. Quickly mark items as available or out of stock so customers always see current availability.

MONITOR DAILY PERFORMANCE

View useful dashboard information, including today’s orders, active orders, cancellations, and sales. The latest incoming orders remain visible so your team can respond quickly.

REVIEW ORDER HISTORY

Browse delivered orders, filter them using a custom date range, and automatically load additional results as you scroll.

MANAGE YOUR BRANCH

Open or close your assigned branch directly from the dashboard. Access restaurant, branch, and manager information from the profile and settings screens.

STAY INFORMED

Enable notifications to receive visible and audible order alerts, including while the app is open. Order information automatically refreshes when relevant notifications arrive.

Cravio Restaurant is intended exclusively for authorized Cravio restaurant partners. A merchant account supplied by Cravio is required to sign in. Customers who want to browse restaurants and place orders should use the Cravio customer application.
