Romulus is the staff app for companies that manage people who work away from a desk.

WHAT YOUR TEAM DOES WITH IT

Check in and out
Staff check in when they start and out when they finish. The app records the time, the location and a photo, so attendance is a record rather than a claim.

Work through the day
See what has been assigned. Check in on arrival, work through the steps, capture a photo or a customer signature, and close it with an outcome.

Record visits
Log who was seen, what came of it and what happens next, with the location captured at the time.

Report what goes wrong
Incidents and issues raised from the phone the moment they happen, with photos attached, so the office knows before the client calls.

Record payments collected
Cash and mobile money collected in the field, receipted on the spot.

Works when the signal does not
Check-ins, visits and reports queue on the device and send themselves when the network comes back. Your team is not standing in a car park waiting for bars.

WHAT THE OFFICE GETS

Every action above lands in the Romulus web portal in real time: attendance, locations, photos, work completed, visits, issues and payments. Reports export to PDF and Excel for clients, payroll and invoicing.

BUILT FOR HOW THESE BUSINESSES ACTUALLY RUN

Romulus is configured per company. Two businesses in different industries see different screens, different labels and different features, because they do different work. Your administrator decides what your team sees.

ABOUT LOCATION

Romulus records your location at the moment you perform an action: a check-in, a job, a visit. It does not track you in the background and it does not record where you are when you are not using the app.

Romulus is a workplace tool for adults, provided by your employer.
