Never miss another customer call.

Phoneman gives your business an AI receptionist that answers your phone, 24/7. It greets callers by your business name, answers common questions about your hours, services and location, takes clear messages, and flags the calls that need you, so you can get back to work instead of playing phone tag.

Set up in minutes
• Pick your kind of business: home and trade services, auto, professional services, health and care, medical practices, startups, and more.
• Phoneman learns about your business from your website and listing, and you review what it knows.
• Choose a voice and a greeting, then get a local phone number, or forward your existing line.

Every call, handled
• Answers in English and Spanish.
• Takes the caller's name, number and reason, and keeps the full transcript.
• Recognizes what's urgent for your kind of business, from a burst pipe to a locked-out customer, and tells callers to call 911 in a real emergency.
• Never quotes prices, promises times or gives advice you haven't approved.
• Can transfer callers to you live, when you turn transfers on.

One inbox for every call
• A clear summary of each call, with what the caller needs and how urgent it is.
• Notifications for new calls, with urgent calls marked.
• See which calls your assistant handled and which need you.
• Teach your assistant: answer the questions it couldn't, and it knows next time.

Built for small businesses and practices
• Works for plumbers, electricians, HVAC, salons, law firms, accountants, real estate, dental and medical practices, startups and many more.
• Your team can share one inbox.
• You can delete your account in the app, any time.
