Stall less. Lift more.

Swolver is a workout log for weight lifting that tells you why a lift stopped moving, from your own sessions, and writes the weeks that get it going again.

Most workout trackers store your sets. Swolver works out what they are telling you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Log it. A gym log for strength training: routines, splits, rep ranges, a rest timer. Or bring years of history over in one file.
2. See it coming (Pro). The watchlist names every lift showing an early sign, in plain words, before it would count as a stall.
3. Know why it stalled. When a lift goes flat, you get the reason in plain words and the one change to make. The numbers from your own weeks that show it are a tap away.
4. Four weeks, written, then checked (Pro). A plan built for that reason, every session and every set. Miss a session and it stretches, not breaks. At the end, Swolver checks whether it moved the lift, and says so if it didn't.

EVERY RULE IS ON THE PAGE

Other apps say "personalized" and ask you to trust them. Swolver publishes how it decides: every rule, its sources, and where the evidence behind it is thin. Read the method at swolver.com/manual/method.

FREE, AND IT STAYS FREE

The workout log is not a trial. Everything here costs nothing, with no limit on sessions or history.

- A workout tracker that keeps up: routines, splits, rep ranges, RPE, a rest timer, and a weekly goal.
- Every stall explained: the reason a lift hit a plateau, and the numbers from your own weeks behind it.
- 30 strength training programs: the popular ones, 2 to 6 days a week. None of them are locked.
- Over 550 lifts: each lists the joints it loads, and where an honest swap exists, which one and why.
- Something Hurts?: each of your lifts gets its own swap that spares the joint, with the reason, or a plain rest. Not medical advice. If something hurts, see someone qualified to look at it.
- Your history, brought over: Strong, Hevy, Fitbod and JEFIT exports, read on your phone. You see what a file holds before anything is written, and importing the same file twice adds nothing twice.
- Yours to take: export everything any time. Delete your account in the app and your training history goes with it.
- Share your progress: a recap card for 30, 60, 90 or 180 days or this year, or a plateau you broke, as a story or a square.
