Unstuck is a calm personal assistant built for ADHD minds. You already know what to do. Your assistant helps you actually start, stay with it, and come back when the day goes sideways. If you’ve tried every ADHD planner and still can’t get going, this is the part they leave out.

Tell it everything in one messy go, typed or out loud. It turns that into tasks with realistic times, fits them around what’s already booked, and shows you exactly what it changed, with Undo. And when it’s time to start, it can ring your phone.

IT CALLS YOU
Ask for a real phone call before a task (“call me at 1:55 before the slides”), or switch on “Call me about this” for a scheduled task. Your phone rings like a normal call, your notes are read back, and you can tick things off, add a thought or start a timer by voice. If you’d like, your assistant can also call each morning to plan, check in after a focus block, or wrap up the evening. They’re all off until you turn them on. Miss a call and it tries again.

TODAY, NOT EVERYTHING
One calm list for today with honest time estimates. Everything else waits in the backlog until you want it.

FOCUS THAT FORGIVES
Start with one small first step. Pause for real life and say why if you like, park stray thoughts without losing your place, then pick up where you left off. Run over and you get a gentle check-in, not an alarm. The timer stays in your notifications while you focus.

“HOW WAS MY WEEK?”
Ask for a kind, honest recap, or open Insights: what you got done, your focus time, the days you showed up, your daily rhythm, and how the plan compared with what happened. Observations, never a score, and no streaks.

YOUR CALENDAR, TOGETHER
Connect Google Calendar and your assistant plans around what’s already booked. Changes sync both ways.

SHARE WITH SOMEONE WHO HELPS
Share a task or a list with a partner, a friend or a coach, by name, email or link. Choose whether they can edit or just view. Changes show up for both of you.

LISTS FOR EVERYTHING ELSE
Groceries, trips, books, gift ideas: lists for the things that aren’t tasks. Share them when you want to.

THE SMALL THINGS
• A captures inbox for thoughts that pop up mid-task
• Repeating tasks that appear on the right day, not as thirty copies
• Home screen widgets and quick-settings tiles for Today, Focus and quick actions
• Android, iPhone and the web (unstucknow.io), kept in sync

VOICE
Talk and calls share up to 10 minutes of voice a day, reset at midnight your time. Typing to your assistant doesn’t use them.

WHAT YOUR ASSISTANT SEES
Before it first helps, your assistant asks your permission to share what it needs with OpenAI, our AI provider, which doesn’t train on your data. You can see and delete what it remembers, change that permission, and export or delete everything, in Settings.

Unstuck is a personal assistant for planning and focus. It isn’t a medical device and doesn’t diagnose or treat ADHD.
