Concept Coach is a workout log for strength training. Plan your sessions, record every set, and let the app carry your progression forward – with no account, no ads, and no data leaving your device.

PLAN AND LOG YOUR TRAINING

• Build your own training plans from your exercises
• Weight-based, percentage-based (% 1RM) and time-based exercises
• Warm-up ramps as percentages of your working weight
• Enter sets, reps and weights as you train
• Full workout history of every past session
• Track your body weight over time

AUTOMATIC PROGRESSION

Four increment schemes advance on their own once you finish a session:

• Linear Progression – a fixed increase after each successful session
• Double Progression – reps first, then weight
• Rep Goal System – a target rep count across all sets
• Wave Progression – waves with descending reps

12 READY-MADE PLANS

5/3/1, 5x5, Boring But Big, GreySkull LP, German Volume Training, GZCLP, Heavy Duty, HST, Inverted Juggernaut, nSuns, Texas Method and Triumvirate – included as read-only templates. Train them directly or copy one as the starting point for a plan of your own.

REST TIMER

The rest timer sounds when your break is over, even with the screen locked. Rest lengths can be set globally and per exercise.

AGE-AWARE RECOMMENDATIONS

If you want it to, the app adjusts its intensity recommendations to your age group and flags loads that sit above your training goal.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Everything is stored locally on your device. There is no server, no account and no sign-in. No tracking, no advertising, no analytics SDKs. Fonts and icons ship with the app, so nothing is fetched on startup.

You can back your data up to a file at any time and restore from it – when moving to a new device, for example. The file is yours to share or keep wherever you like.

IN 18 LANGUAGES

English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Hungarian, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Czech, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese.

PRO VERSION

The app is free to use, including file backup. Pro additionally unlocks multiple custom training plans, the three advanced increment schemes, the plate calculator for loading the bar, and Google Drive backup.

The training programmes named above are independent implementations. There is no affiliation with, or endorsement by, their original authors.
