Everground is a WOD library, workout timer and training log for CrossFit-style, Hyrox-style and functional fitness training. Pick a workout, press start, and the timer knows how to run it. Every split goes to your log.

The only competition is with yourself. The benchmark always moves.

It's not a motivational app for beginners. It's a purposeful tool for athletes who already train, in a box, a garage gym or at home, and know there's room to improve.

THE WORKOUT LIBRARY
A growing catalog of workouts, ready to run.
• Benchmark and hero WODs like Fran and Murph.
• CrossFit-style metcons, Hyrox-style conditioning, kettlebell and bodyweight workouts.
• Rx and scaled versions, with loads for men and women.
• See the style, body focus, duration and your personal best at a glance.
• Save the workouts you want to do next.
• Send a workout to a training partner with a link.

THE TIMER
Every workout opens with the right clock:
• FOR TIME: Race the clock.
• AMRAP: Push for every rep.
• EMOM: Keep the cadence.
• TABATA: Work and rest intervals.

SIMPLE. STRIPPED DOWN. FUNCTIONAL.
A workout timer designed for use in the middle of a workout.
• Tap anywhere to log rounds.
• Swipe to undo. No undo by accident.
• High-contrast clock you can read from across the gym.
• Real-time pacing: compare your current round with your last one.
• High-pitch sound cues you can hear in a noisy gym.

THE LOG
No typing after the workout. The timer captures your splits while you train.
• Every session saved with its round and movement splits.
• Rx and scaled tracked separately, each with its own personal best.
• Consistency score: see how evenly you held your pace across rounds.

THE VISION
Everground starts as a WOD library and timer, and grows into your coach. As your training history builds up, it unlocks personalized insights that find your weaknesses and tell you exactly how to close the gap.
