Diary & Dispatch Register turns your office's paper correspondence ledger into a fast, searchable app. Log every incoming letter (Diary) and outgoing dispatch, attach the scanned document, and find any record in seconds — on your phone, even offline.

Built for offices, departments, and teams that record daily correspondence, it keeps your private records and your shared office registers cleanly separated.

KEY FEATURES

• Diary & Dispatch entries — Record incoming and outgoing correspondence with reference numbers, sender/recipient, subject, date, and notes. Fields are free-text, so it fits the way your office already works.

• Attach documents — Add a PDF, or photograph a paper letter with your camera and the app turns it into a clean PDF. Crop and straighten pages with the built-in editor.

• Private & shared workspaces — Keep a private register for yourself, and create shared "Offices" for your team. Records and files stay strictly separated between private and each office.

• Team management — Add members by email, assign admins, and collaborate on a shared register with role-based controls.

• Powerful search & history — Search records by number, sender, or subject, and browse your full register with fast pagination.

• Works offline — Your records and once-viewed documents are cached on device, so the app opens instantly and keeps working without a connection. Changes sync when you're back online.

• Files library — Organize attachments into folders, preview PDFs in-app, and download originals.

• Secure sign-in — Sign in with your Google account. Data is encrypted in transit, and private records stay private to you.

Diary & Dispatch Register is ideal for government offices, schools, clinics, housing societies, and any organization that maintains an inward/outward correspondence register.
