Stop skipping gym. NoWomp is the gym habit app that calls out your excuses.

Schedule your sessions, check in at the gym, and keep your streak alive. Skip one and you have to explain yourself, and your own sleep and recovery data checks whether the excuse holds up:
"You said 'too tired' but slept 8h 12m with 84% recovery. 🤨"

"Womp womp" is the sad trombone that plays after a sorry excuse. NoWomp means: don't womp womp. Don't whine, just show up.

YOUR EXCUSES, FACT-CHECKED
Connect Health Connect and the Lab compares every excuse with your sleep, recovery, steps and heart rate.
• See which excuses your body backs up, and which it doesn't
• Your weakest weekday and time of day for skipping
• How drinks, caffeine, late dinners and stress hit the next morning's HRV, resting heart rate and sleep
• Your best time to train
Anxiety, illness and emergencies are never called lies.

YOU CAN'T FAKE SHOWING UP
• Plan your week. Only scheduled days count, so rest days never break your streak.
• A session only counts when you start it at one of your places: your gym, your home, or where you play sport. Your location is checked.
• Sport (football, badminton, climbing…) keeps your streak alive too, and is counted separately.
• Reminders before every session, and a timer while you train.
NoWomp doesn't log sets or reps. Keep using your favourite workout log; NoWomp makes sure you get there.

SKIPPING IS ALLOWED. SILENCE ISN'T.
• Can't make it? Give your excuse before you skip.
• Miss a session without a word and the app asks why the next time you open it.
• Freeze tokens, earned every 15-session streak, protect your streak once.
• No token? Redemption gives you one chance a week to save it.

SLEEP AND RECOVERY, ON YOUR SIDE
Daily recovery and sleep scores worked out on your phone from HRV, resting heart rate and sleep stages, plus steps, heart-rate zones, weight and long-term trends.

EXPERIMENT ON YOURSELF
Does a late bedtime really wreck your workouts? Does caffeine help? Run a proper 4-week experiment: rule on, rule off, repeated. A result only counts if it beats your own day-to-day noise.

GYM MOTIVATION THAT'S ACTUALLY FUN
• 35 pixel-art trophies, plus a hidden Hall of Shame for the excuse-makers
• A penguin home-screen widget whose mood follows your day. Poke him.
• A super-saiyan celebration with 8-bit sounds after every session
• Distance journeys and a Sunday recap of your week

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
No account. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Your sessions and health data are stored only on your phone and never leave it. Backups are a file you save yourself. The only internet use is the map when you add a place (OpenStreetMap).
