Explore the world with Cartovela, a geography game about countries, borders, flags and the connections between them. Solve daily challenges or practise at your own pace, with illustrated maps, country clues and explanations that help you learn as you play.

CURRENT CHALLENGES

Passage — connect countries across the map
Plan a route through countries that share land borders. Try challenges built around continuous coastlines, neighbouring countries, blocked routes and landmark detours. Use the map and feedback to understand how countries fit together.

Vexilume — uncover the flag, discover the country
Identify a country from a flag hidden behind six panels. Wrong guesses reveal more of the flag and provide distance, direction and country clues. Once you find the country, continue with six follow-up questions to explore its geography and facts.

Crossings — match both clues
Fill a 3 × 3 grid with nine different countries. Each answer must satisfy its row and column clues. Think through the possible combinations, and use explanations to understand why an answer does or does not fit.
