Capacity is a private couples check-in app. In a few seconds a day, show your partner how you're doing, so you understand each other without having to explain everything. Simple communication for relationships, built for two.

TURN THREE RINGS
• Head: thinking, decisions, solving problems
• Heart: patience, feelings, closeness, hard conversations
• Body: energy, tiredness, feeling well
From 1, running on empty, to 5, plenty to give. One screen, a few seconds.

SAY WHAT WOULD FEEL GOOD
Space, Affection, Company, Be heard, Help or Intimacy. Or nothing at all.

ADD A LINE FOR THE DAY
"Big presentation at 3." One short note that goes with your check-in, or stays just for you.

STAY CLOSE ON BUSY DAYS
Your partner sees your rings in the app, on a home-screen widget and in a notification. They can tap "Got it", or ask how you are when you've been quiet. Gentle reminders, at times you choose, help you check in. Away for a few days? Just say so.

WHEN IT HELPS
• Before dinner, to know if tonight is for a long talk or a quiet sofa.
• On a heavy week, when "I'm fine" doesn't say much.
• In a long-distance relationship, to feel the other person's day.
• After a baby, a new job or a move, when energy runs low for both.
• When one of you needs space and doesn't want to start an argument to say it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Only your partner sees your check-ins. Nothing is shared until you tap Share.
• Notifications stay private by default.
• No ads. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
• Delete your account at any time.

SEE HOW YOU'VE BEEN
Your own history over 7, 30 or 90 days, with your notes. Only you see it, and you can turn it off.

IT TAKES TWO
After you sign up, send your partner an invite link. iPhone and Android pair just fine.

QUESTIONS
• Is it a mood tracker? Not really. It's a way to tell your partner how much you have to give today, so you can adjust to each other.
• Does it work for any couple? Yes: married, dating, living together or apart.

Capacity is not a medical app and does not diagnose or treat anything.
