The group chat falls apart the moment the trip begins.

Someone booked the restaurant, someone else has the address, and the good photos from day two are on a phone that left the group. ThatOneTime collapses all of it into one shared, living guide that updates for everyone, instantly.

ONE LIVING PLAN
Build the itinerary together, day by day. Lodging, activities, travel legs and reservations all live in one place, and every change shows up on everyone's phone straight away — no refreshing, no re-sending, no "wait, which version is this?"

Paste a booking confirmation and the details fill themselves in.

THE ALBUM EVERYONE KEEPS
One shared album for the whole group. Everyone adds their photos as the trip happens, grouped by the day they were taken, and when it's over ThatOneTime builds a recap you can share with the people who were there.

SAVE THE GOOD SPOTS
Search for restaurants, bars, beaches and hikes, save them to the trip, and drop them onto a day when you decide to go.

INVITE THE WHOLE GROUP IN ONE TAP
Send a link or show a QR code. The people you invite can open the trip in a browser — nobody else has to install anything to join in. Bring in a co-host to share the planning, or add someone as a viewer if they only need to look.

ALSO FOR EVENTS
Weddings, reunions, birthdays and parties get the same shared album and guest list, sized for anything from a dinner to two hundred people.

PAY ONCE, PER TRIP
No subscription. Start free with up to 2 travelers and 100 photos each, and if the group is bigger, unlock the trip once: 8 travelers for $2.99, 12 for $4.99, or 20 for $12.99. Events start free for 5 guests and scale up from there. You pay for the trip you're on, and that's it.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Trips are visible only to the people you invite. You choose what each person can do, you can remove them at any time, and you can delete your account and your data from inside the app.
