Logging food should take seconds, not minutes. MARO has no food database to search. Snap a photo, or tap a food you eat often—and today's numbers update instantly.

SNAP A PHOTO
• Point the camera at a meal and AI estimates calories, protein, carbs, and fat
• Point it at a nutrition label and AI reads the values, including serving or package basis
• Review the name, amount, and macros before saving—you always get the final say
• Can't take a photo? Type it—"ramen and two eggs"—and get the same estimate

TAP ONCE
• Save the foods you eat all the time as presets
• One tap logs them; tap again for ×2, ×3—with undo
• Products read from a label become presets automatically
• Type protein, carbs, and fat by hand and calories are calculated for you

SEE TODAY AT A GLANCE
• Intake, targets, and what's left for calories, protein, carbs, and fat
• Chronological history by date
• Home screen widget with calories and macros left, resizable from 1×1 up
• One tap turns today into a shareable card—calories, percent of target, macros—made on your device, nothing uploaded

BUILT TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY
• No breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack sorting—just log what you ate
• No weight or workout screens competing for your attention
• Set targets yourself or use the built-in calculator
• Start logging without creating a separate MARO account
• With your consent, AI analysis sends the photo or text you choose to MARO's analysis server and OpenAI

OPTIONAL CONNECTIONS
• Connect your Google account to sync food logs, targets, presets and analysis text between Android devices through Google Drive. Analysis photos are not synced
• On supported devices, export confirmed calories, protein, carbs and fat to Health Connect. Export is off by default and enabled in Settings
• MARO does not import other apps' health records

MARO is for people who already know what they want to hit—protein for the gym, calories for a cut, macros for keto—and just need the simplest way to keep score.

AI photo and text analysis comes with free analyses to start, and you can add more in the app whenever you need them. No subscription, no ads.

AI analysis is an estimate and can differ from actual nutrition depending on portion size, ingredients, preparation, and product labeling. Check the product label or official sources when accuracy matters.
