HEUMIN builds a personalised week of meals and workouts around the life you actually live.

Answer a short set of questions once: your goal, your body metrics, your activity level, your diet, your allergies, your budget and how much time you have to cook. HEUMIN returns a full seven-day plan with meals, macros per meal, one consolidated shopping list, and a workout schedule built around the same calorie and protein targets.

WHAT YOU GET
• A seven-day meal plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, each with calories and macros
• One shopping list for the whole week, so a single trip covers it
• A workout plan built from the calorie targets of your meal plan
• Home-screen widgets for today's meal, today's workout and your shopping list
• A dashboard that shows what is left for today at a glance

BUILT AROUND YOUR PREFERENCES
Keto, vegan, gluten free, halal, dairy free, Mediterranean or any combination. Tell HEUMIN what you cannot eat and what you would rather avoid, and it plans around it. Set a weekly grocery budget and it stays inside it. Say you have fifteen minutes to cook and it will not hand you a three-hour recipe.

NUTRITION AND TRAINING IN ONE PLACE
Most people use one app for meals and another for workouts, with nothing connecting the two. HEUMIN plans both from the same targets, so your training and your food point in the same direction.

FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE TRIED THE REST
HEUMIN was not built for people who already know their macros. It was built for people who know what they should be eating but cannot make it fit a real week.

SUBSCRIPTION
Creating meal plans and workout plans requires a HEUMIN Pro subscription, available monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play at any time.
