Foodops Go is the floor and delivery app for restaurants and cafés that run on Foodops. Waiters take orders at the table and send them straight to the kitchen. Drivers see their deliveries, head out and collect payment. Everyone works on the same orders as the counter, as they happen.

FOR WAITERS
• Start an order at the table: choose the table, the number of guests and the customer, then add items from your menu with modifiers and notes.
• Save and Accept sends the order to the kitchen, and the kitchen ticket prints on the outlet's printer straight away.
• Add items or take them off later. Changes and cancellations print for the kitchen too.
• See every open order as cards or as a list, or show only your own. Status updates live as the kitchen marks food ready.
• Print the bill at the table, apply discounts and loyalty points, and settle with any payment method your outlet accepts, or split the bill between several.
• Put a bill on a customer's account with Credit or Credit & Close.
• Move an order to another table, change its server, or lock and unlock it, just as at the counter.

FOR DRIVERS
• A run sheet of your deliveries: assigned to you, unassigned, or all.
• A notification when a delivery is assigned to you. Tap it to open the delivery, even when it is from another outlet.
• Call or message the customer, and open the address in your maps app.
• Mark deliveries en route and delivered, collect payment at the door, and hand over your cash at the end of the shift.
• Pick up an unassigned delivery, or take over a colleague's, by marking it en route.

BUILT FOR A BUSY FLOOR
• Keeps working on patchy Wi-Fi. Orders and changes are saved on the phone and sent as soon as there is a connection.
• Anything the server could not accept is shown clearly, so you can send it again or let it go. Nothing is lost quietly.
• Prints over the outlet's own network through the Foodops print broker, with no extra hardware on the phone.
• Sign in with your phone number, with a code by SMS or WhatsApp, or with your email.

Foodops Go needs a Foodops account. Your manager decides what you can do, such as waiter or delivery mode, taking payments and giving discounts, from Foodops admin. To bring Foodops to your restaurant, visit foodops.io.
