Welcome to Wiggle Planet! Prop up your phone and the whole family can get moving: jump to catch stars, squat to dodge lasers, and hit a monster with every rep. The AI watches through the camera to count reps, time planks, measure how high you jump, and tell you what to fix. No wearables, no account.

WHY THESE FOUR EXERCISES
The first rule of daily exercise is convenience. Push-ups, squats, plank and jumps need no equipment, just a bit of floor in your living room. No commute, no gym: start whenever you like.
• Enough of a workout: together they train chest, shoulders, arms, core, legs and glutes, and jumping adds power and cardio. You'll break a sweat in about 15 minutes
• Easy to stick with: simple moves that kids and adults can learn. The AI counts and scores every rep, and daily streaks make progress visible

FUN FOR KIDS AND GROWN-UPS
• Exercise turns into games kids actually ask to play
• Take turns on the same game and see who scores highest
• Voice prompts and cartoon monsters, so little ones can follow along even before they can read
• Enter each person's height and everyone gets their own jump measurement

SIX EXERCISE GAMES
• Star Catcher (jump): stars appear at real heights above your head; jump up and touch them
• Laser Dodge (squats): lasers sweep at head height; squat in time to dodge
• Monster Battle: every rep is an attack, and perfect reps land critical hits
• Rhythm Master: hit the bottom of each rep on the beat
• Steady as a Rock (plank): use your hips to keep the ball in the green zone
• 60-Second Challenge: how many can you do in a minute? Good reps score double

FOUR EXERCISES, TRACKED IN REAL TIME
• Push-ups: counted automatically; reps that aren't deep enough don't count
• Squats: depth is checked; half squats don't count
• Plank: on your elbows with your body in a straight line; the timer pauses when your hips sag or pike
• Jump & Reach: measures each jump's height and how high your fingertips reach (cm)
• Voice counts reps and calls out time and jump height, so you don't need to watch the screen

FORM FEEDBACK
• Push-ups: sagging or piked hips, not deep enough, arms not locked out, bent knees
• Squats: not deep enough, leaning forward, knees caving in, heels lifting
• Jumps: not reaching up, stiff landing, knees caving in on landing
• Every rep gets a 0–100 score, and each session ends with what to work on

POSTURE CHECK
Stand in front of the camera for a few seconds to check for uneven shoulders, pelvic tilt, forward head, rounded shoulders, knee hyperextension and bow or knock knees, with tips for improving each one.

HISTORY
• A daily goal for each exercise, plus your streak
• Last 7 days, personal bests and full history
• 15 achievement badges
