Innata is a video and photo editor for making something worth sharing, without
sending your life to somebody else's computer.

Everything happens on your phone. There is no account to create, no upload, and
no server holding your footage. Your photos and videos are read from your
gallery, edited on the device, and saved back to it.

EDIT A CLIP

Trim it, split it into parts, and reorder them. Change the speed, or ramp it
smoothly with a curve. Add text in any font, including Hebrew. Fade in and out.
Choose from 24 colour filters with an adjustable strength, including an
underwater filter that measures your own footage and restores the red that
water takes away.

Frame the picture how you want it: pinch and drag inside the frame, set a
background behind it — blur, colour or gradient — and give the clip a slide-in
or slide-out animation. Add music from your phone and pick which part of the
song plays.

MAKE A COLLAGE

Photos and videos together, in a grid or arranged freely. Choose the canvas
shape — square, portrait, landscape, story, or drag it to any size you like.
Add stickers and text. A collage with video in it exports as a video; one with
only photos can still carry music.

DUO — TWO VIEWS OF ONE RECORDING

Shot something in landscape that has to be posted in portrait? Duo shows two
crops of the same recording at once, stacked as bands, so a gameplay clip keeps
both the action and the face, and nothing is thrown away to fit the frame.

COME BACK TO IT LATER

Save your work in the Clip Editor and reopen it another day. Projects can be
shared as a single file, so you can move one to another phone or send it to
someone. (Collage and Duo projects are not saved yet — that is coming.)

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

No advertising, and no advertising networks. Your data is never sold or shared.
There is no account, so the app does not know who you are, and it does not
track you across other apps.

Anonymous crash reports and usage statistics are sent so that faults can be
found and fixed. No file names, no pictures, no sound, and no text you type are
ever included. The full privacy policy is linked below.

Exported videos carry a small Innata mark in the corner. You can turn it off,
for free, in Settings & About — it is not a paid feature.

OPEN SOURCE

Innata is free software under the GNU General Public License, version 3, and
uses FFmpeg and x264, which are licensed under the same terms. There is no
warranty, to the extent permitted by law. You may request the complete source
code at innata.app@gmail.com and it will be sent to you at no charge. The About
screen inside the app carries the same offer.
