Your next break can feel like a little escape. NapWell is a power nap timer, nap journal, and cozy rest companion for the moments between busy days. Choose a short nap, settle into calming sleep sounds, and return with a wake-up alarm. Meet Pip in a hand-drawn room that makes taking a pause feel personal.

Whether you are taking a lunch break, resting between study sessions, or unwinding after work, keep the routine simple: choose your rest, start the timer, and check in afterward.

A NAP TIMER THAT FITS YOUR BREAK
Start with a preset or take a five-question check-in for a practical nap suggestion based on your answers. Explore nine nap options, including a 7-minute Quick Refresh, 20-minute Power Nap, 26-minute NASA Nap, Coffee Nap, and a longer 90-minute rest. Read the explanation for each option before choosing. Preset names describe rest choices; a countdown does not detect sleep stages.

CALMING SOUNDS AND WAKE-UP AUDIO
Build your nap atmosphere with Light Rain, Ocean Waves, Night Forest, Cozy Fireplace, or Meditation Bowls. Choose Morning Flute, Guitar Chords, or Lofi Beats for your wake-up sound. Adjust your audio preferences or rest without background sound. With NapWell Pro, import your own ambient tracks and alarm audio.

BREATHING AND GUIDED REST
Take a quiet break even when you do not want to sleep. Follow optional paced breathing, or explore guided-text sessions such as Lunch Reset, After-Work Decompress, Wind-Down, a body scan, gentle muscle release, and guided deep rest. Two breathing sessions are available without Pro; the complete guided-text library is included with Pro. Guided sessions use on-screen English text.

A COZY ROOM TO RETURN TO
Spend a small moment with Pip before your nap. Tap the lamp, close the curtains, or tuck Pip in. The illustrated room changes with day and night, with small animations and playful details around a clear start action. Rest at your own pace, with optional interactions whenever you want them.

YOUR NAP JOURNAL AND SLEEP DIARY
Record how you feel after a nap, revisit your nap history, and explore patterns in the sessions you log. Add your reported bedtime, wake time, and sleep quality to a nighttime sleep diary. These summaries reflect your entries, helping you look back on your routine without pretending to measure your sleep.

REMINDERS, WIDGETS, AND PERSONAL BACKUPS
Keep a rest break close with Android home-screen widgets. Choose optional reminders for naps, check-ins, caffeine timing, or winding down. Export recorded nap, night, and ritual entries as CSV, or back up and restore your records with JSON.

SIX LANGUAGE OPTIONS
Choose English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, or Brazilian Portuguese in Settings. Guided-rest scripts, legal documents, and some screens or labels are currently in English.

OPTIONAL NAPWELL PRO
Keep using standard nap presets and the core timer without Pro. Upgrade for custom nap lengths from 1 to 180 minutes, a settling buffer from 1 to 30 minutes, quick minus-four or plus-four-minute timer adjustments, full in-app history beyond 14 days, the complete guided-text library, personal audio imports, and warm-tint controls where supported.

NapWell offers general wellness tools. Suggestions use your answers; the app does not automatically detect sleep, measure sleep stages, or provide medical advice. Naps do not replace enough nighttime sleep. Rest somewhere safe and allow time to reorient before demanding tasks.
