Liftava is a workout tracker and gym log for strength training. Logging a set takes one tap, every lift gets its own progress chart, and weekly quests built from your own training tell you what to do next.

Fast at the gym
• Last time's weight and reps are already filled in: tick the set off and the rest timer starts
• Warm-ups, drop sets, myo-reps, rest-pause, cluster sets and supersets
• RPE or RIR in one tap
• Rest timer and "Done" on your lock screen, with a buzz when the rest is over
• Works offline: everything syncs when you are back online

Know what to lift
• Training plans with rotating days, rep ranges and rest times
• Double or linear progression suggests your next weight and reps
• Build a plan from the workouts you already do

See your progress
• A chart for every exercise: estimated one-rep max, heaviest weight or best set
• Personal records flagged the moment you set them
• Step-by-step guides and the muscles worked for 265 exercises, plus your own custom exercises

A game you win by training
• Every completed set earns XP, measured against your own strength, so beginners and veterans level up at the same pace
• Weekly quests from your history: break a stalled lift, train a muscle you have been skipping, try a new angle, or take a deload week when fatigue piles up
• 21 achievements for the milestones that matter

Garmin watch app
See your next set and the rest countdown on your wrist, and tick sets off with Done, Skip or +30 s. Works with 96 Garmin models, including fēnix, epix, Forerunner, Venu and vívoactive.

Wear OS watch app
Your workout on Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch and other Wear OS watches: the next set and the rest countdown, the weight and reps set with the bezel or crown, Done, Skip or +30 s, and every exercise of the workout in a list. The Liftava tile, one swipe from the watch face, shows the next set or the rest; its Done and Skip work without opening the app. The watch also measures your heart rate during the workout.

Bring your history
Import the CSV export from Hevy and every workout, record, level and achievement is rebuilt from your first session. Other apps are not supported yet. Liftava is not affiliated with Hevy.

Private by design
No ads and no analytics trackers. Personal data is encrypted and stored in the EU. Invite friends by link to share workouts and plans; nobody can find you otherwise. Delete your account and all its data in the app at any time.

Free and Pro
Logging, history, XP, levels, records, achievements, the Garmin and Wear OS apps and the history import are free. Liftava Pro adds every weekly quest, unlimited training plans and charts for your whole history.

Liftava is not a medical app. Train within your abilities and see a doctor before you start if you have health concerns.
