Do you read the same sentence three times and still lose the thread? Or hear every word in your head, so a book takes weeks?

Codolo fixes both. It reads your text aloud while showing it one word at a time in a fixed spot, both in sync. Your eyes stay still, your ears keep the pace, and your attention stays on the text.

HOW IT WORKS
Add any text: a photo of a book page, a scan with the in-app camera, a PDF or other file, or pasted text. Pick a language and voice, choose where to start, and read. One speed control sets the pace for both the voice and the words on screen.

WHAT YOU GET
• Narration and a focused word display that run together, not as separate modes
• A red focus letter that keeps your eyes in one place
• Word by word, small word groups, or the full page with the current word highlighted
• Adjustable speed for voice and text at once
• Your place saved, so you pick up where you left off
• A library of classic public-domain books ready to start
• Narration in English (US and UK), Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil) and Hindi, plus German in beta

YOUR TEXT STAYS YOURS
Photos never leave your device. Text recognition runs on your phone, and only the recognized text is sent to generate the voice. Codolo shows no ads and doesn't sell your data.

SUBSCRIPTION
Codolo is free to download. Reading with Codolo, including the book library, requires a Super Codolo subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). Monthly and yearly plans start with a free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Google Play account settings.
