Your weight goes up and down every day: water, salt, a late dinner. ScaleStory looks past the daily noise and shows your real trend, so you always know if you are actually making progress.

Log your weight in seconds, and ScaleStory turns those numbers into a clear story: where you are, which way you are heading, and how far you have left to go.

WHY A TREND WEIGHT?
A single morning weigh-in can jump by a kilo or more for no real reason. ScaleStory uses a 7-day trend weight as your current weight, so one bad day never ruins your week, and real progress is easy to see.

LOSE, GAIN OR MAINTAIN
• Set a goal to lose or gain weight and watch your progress bar fill up
• Mini-goal ladder: break a big goal into small steps and celebrate each one
• Maintain mode: set a healthy weight range and see if you are staying inside it

CLEAR CHARTS
• Your weight trend over 7 days, 30 days or all time
• Every weigh-in as a dot, with your trend line through them
• Weekly averages, so you can compare one week with the next
• Your lowest weight and biggest weekly drop

WEEKLY REPORT
Every Monday, get a simple report of your week: your trend weight, days logged and streak. Share it as an image with a friend or coach. Prefer privacy? Turn on Hide weight to share percentages instead of kilos or pounds.
