A private weight tracker for weight loss, weight gain or maintenance, with BMI, a weight chart and a GLP-1 journal. Start without an account and without a subscription.

Track what matters
• Log weigh-ins, follow your weight chart and set a target.
• See your BMI and the healthy weight range on your chart, plus your weekly rate and an estimate of when you may reach your target.
• Record body measurements and set a weigh-in reminder.
• Keep a GLP-1 treatment journal: log doses, set a free dose reminder and see treatment periods on your weight chart.
• Import weight entries from smart scales and other apps through Health Connect, and send them back. This free connection is optional.
• Import CSV files from apps such as Libra, Happy Scale, Samsung Health and Fitbit for free.
• Share a free progress card; hide the numbers if you prefer.
• Read a short "Did you know?" tip about food and habits, matched to your goal.

Choose where your journal lives
Start without an account and your journal data stays on your phone. There is no cloud copy in this mode. Uninstalling the app, resetting your phone or losing it can erase your journal. Create an account when you want to sync your journal across your devices.

With an account, your journal data is stored on servers in the EU. Progress photos, names and notes are encrypted on the server. No ads or advertising trackers.

On your phone, tablet and the web
Use the same account on Android phones and tablets, on iPhone (coming soon) and in your browser at weight-journal.nextim.app.

Free and Lifetime
The free plan includes one profile and access to the last 30 days of history. Older entries remain stored but are hidden until Lifetime is unlocked.

Lifetime is a one-time purchase — no subscription. It unlocks your full history, multiple profiles, encrypted progress photos you can compare and view full screen with zoom, CSV export of weight entries, dark theme and a PDF report for your doctor generated on your phone. An account is required for Lifetime and progress photos.

On Android, the Lifetime home screen widget shows your latest weight and 30-day chart. You can hide the numbers, and the widget sends no data itself.

Available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Arabic, Romanian, Polish, Dutch and Turkish.

Weight Journal is for personal record keeping only. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor.
