SYNOVA is a short daily brain-training workout. You train for a few minutes, you get a number, and the only thing that number is ever compared against is your own earlier days.

NO LEADERBOARD. NO PERCENTILE. NOBODY ELSE.

There is no ranking here, and no "you scored better than 78% of people your age". Your trend line is yours, compared with your own history and nothing else. That is a design decision, not a missing feature.

A SCORE THAT ADMITS WHAT IT DOES NOT KNOW

Brain Score is an in-app performance metric, scored out of 1000 and calculated from your results in SYNOVA's own games. It is not an IQ score, not a medical or clinical assessment, and it does not mean anything outside this app.

It is built not to flatter you:

• There is no score at all until you have finished a workout. Not zero — nothing. A number we have not earned is worse than a blank.
• An area you have not trained is shown as untrained, never as a zero.
• While the score is still settling it says "Calibrating", and tells you how many of the six areas have enough sessions behind them to count fully.
• Days you did not train are left as gaps in the chart. No line is drawn through a day with no result.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO

Open the app and start the daily workout. It runs for the length you picked — 3, 5, 7 or 10 minutes. SYNOVA chooses the exercises, sets the difficulty from your recent results, and stops when your time is up. Tomorrow it builds a new one.

THE GAMES — EVERY ONE OF THEM FREE

Nothing here is locked, and nothing ever will be.

• Reaction Time — tap the moment the target appears, and not before
• Number Memory — hold a growing string of digits and type it back exactly
• Pattern Memory — memorise the highlighted cells, then find them again
• Spatial Memory — reproduce a path through the grid, in order
• Color Match — answer the colour the word is printed in, not the word itself
• Focus Target — hit targets and leave distractors alone as the field fills up
• Mental Math — arithmetic against the clock
• Sequence Logic — work out the rule behind a sequence and continue it

Between them they cover six areas: memory, attention, logic, speed, math and visual.

BUILT TO BE PICKED UP EVERY DAY

• A daily workout generated fresh, weighted towards the area you chose
• Difficulty that adapts per game to how you have actually been doing
• A streak that counts the days you showed up
• Five challenges, one of them weekly
• XP, levels and milestones
• A breakdown across all six areas, each with its own change since last time
• A 7-day trend chart
• Quick Play for practising any single game outside the workout
• Light and dark themes
