My Challenges: Daily Habits turns the basics into a daily routine. Four simple challenges, one place, a little friendly competition. Made for adults (18+).

PICK UP THE BASICS
My Challenges: Daily Habits keeps your day to four challenges:
• Water: log what you drink and watch your daily goal fill up.
• Calories: log meals by typing, speaking, scanning a barcode, re-logging a favorite, or (optionally) snapping a photo.
• Exercise: log your workouts, or bring them in from Health Connect if you choose.
• Sleep: log your night and see how your rest adds up over the week.

Weight is tracked separately. It is private, it never earns points, and it is never shared with friends.

LOG IN A TAP OR TWO
No spreadsheets and no clutter. Open the Today screen, log what you did, and get on with your day. Short on time? Reminders are optional and you control when they show up.

POINTS, STREAKS AND PERFECT DAYS
Every challenge you complete earns 10 points for the day. Hit all four and you get a Perfect Day. Streaks show how many days in a row you've kept going. They are just for motivation and don't change your points. Medals mark milestones along the way.

BETTER WITH FRIENDS
• Friends ranking: see how you and your friends are doing this week.
• Duels: challenge a friend head to head.
• Groups: create a private group, invite people with a link and chat together.
Only people you accept see your name and total points. The details of your challenges stay yours.

YOUR PLAN, YOUR PACE
Answer a few quick questions and get suggested daily goals for water, calories and more. These goals are estimates based on general formulas. They are not medical advice and don't replace a doctor or nutritionist.

OPTIONAL AI FOR CALORIES
If you choose to turn it on, AI can estimate calories from a food photo or a short description. You can skip it any time and still log meals by search, barcode or by hand. Results are estimates, so adjust them if they look off.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICES
We ask for your consent before using your health logs, and AI and analytics are separate, optional choices you can change in Settings. We don't sell your data and there is no ad tracking. You can delete your account in the app.

FREE TO START, PREMIUM IF YOU WANT MORE
My Challenges: Daily Habits is free to use, with all four challenges included. Premium is an optional subscription that adds unlimited photo calorie estimates, full stats and reports, unlimited challenge history, and the option to log yesterday until 11:59 PM. Payment is charged to your Google Play account and renews automatically unless you cancel before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.

FOR ADULTS (18+)
My Challenges: Daily Habits is for people 18 and older. You'll enter your birth date when you sign up.
