Your site day shouldn’t end with hours of paperwork.

QuickSiteReport is a construction daily report app built for civil engineers, contractors, site supervisors and construction professionals who need a fast, reliable way to document what happened on site.

Capture the day while work is happening, keep important site information together, and turn it into a clear professional report — even without an internet connection.

BUILT FOR REAL CONSTRUCTION WORK

Record the information that matters during the working day:

• Work activities and progress
• Site photos and captions
• Weather and site conditions
• Personnel and workforce
• Equipment and machinery
• Materials
• Tests and inspections
• Delays and site issues
• Safety observations
• Accidents and incidents
• Visitors
• Instructions and general notes
• Engineer entries, notes and signatures

Instead of rebuilding the day later from paper notes, messages, camera photos and memory, your site information stays organized in one daily report.

CREATE PROFESSIONAL PDF DAILY REPORTS

Turn the information recorded on site into a structured PDF report.

Include project details, work descriptions, photos, personnel, equipment, materials, site records and engineer information in one professional document.

Spend less time preparing paperwork and more time focusing on the project.

FIND WHAT HAPPENED — EVEN MONTHS LATER

QuickSiteReport includes powerful search tools for construction records.

Search previous reports by project, date, category and other report information. Find site records, notes, weather information, photos and report details without digging through folders or hundreds of images.

WORKS OFFLINE

Construction sites do not always have reliable internet.

QuickSiteReport is designed with an offline-first approach. Create and edit site reports, record information and work with your local project data without an internet connection.

PHOTOS STAY WITH THE REPORT

Take photos directly from the camera or add existing photos from your device.

Keep photos connected to the correct daily report and add captions to create a clear visual record of progress, site conditions and important events.

CLOUD SYNC WITH PRO

QuickSiteReport PRO adds cloud synchronization so your projects and reports can be available across supported devices.

Keep construction records synchronized without manually moving files between devices, while the local-first architecture lets your day-to-day work continue without depending on a constant internet connection.

BACKUP AND RESTORE

Backup and restore tools help protect your local project information. The backup process checks that required report photos are available before creating the backup, helping reduce the risk of an incomplete backup file.
